ADT^A31: Update person information
Updates person-level demographics, independent of any visit, typically from a master patient index. Compare A08, which updates patient and visit information. Up to v2.8.2 it uses the ADT_A05 message structure; HL7's current table lists a separate ADT_A28 structure.
