Licensing questions
How do I get my license key?
After checkout, we email a license key to the address you used, usually within one business day. In PipeHat, click Free at the top right, paste the key and click Activate.
How does my team use one license?
Each person enters the same key in their own browser. The key records how many users it covers (1, 5 or 20); please keep to that number.
Does PipeHat contact a server to check my license?
No. Keys carry a digital signature that PipeHat checks on your computer, so it works offline and on locked-down networks, and nothing about your use is reported.
How long does a license last?
One year from purchase. PipeHat reminds you 30 days before it expires and keeps working for 14 days after, then switches to the Free version until you enter a renewed key. Licenses don't renew automatically.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. Please try the Free version first: it has every check and feature except large inputs, exports, the feed profile and the sensitive information check.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes. Email support@pipehat.io with your organization's details and the plan you need.
